You should increase your performance within the next 30 days and meet the directives in this warning. My guess is you also found several other sites giving you overly simplified processes for worker dismissals. The supervisor should never layoff a worker on a whim or out of resentment. Remember your ultimate goal is to create a safe and productive working environment for all workforce. When we see or hear of overwhelming misbehavior, we may want to separate the worker immediately.
